Shipping Timeframes
- For saunas in stock, estimated delivery time is 7–15 days.
- For saunas out of stock, estimated dispatch is 28–35 days. Check the product page for availability details.
- You will receive email updates on your order status, including tracking information once your sauna is on its way.

- Your sauna will be delivered directly to your driveway for maximum convenience.

Returns and Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the sauna is delivered.
